Shipping policy

  • If an order is sent and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded, again having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise. (For example, if the customer's name or address are not correct, the delivery could be canceled by Correos ES)
  • Waiting times after finalizing the purchase:
    • Bracelets: 5 days 
    • Necklaces: 5 days
    • Personalized Engraved Bracelets: 5 days
